Over the last few months, I’ve encountered more conversations from others’ concerns about their memory and the ability to stay focus on tasks. I, too, can agree with fears of losing my mind and accomplishing goals as I did a year ago. 

Yet, I hear these same frustrations and comments from younger people in their 20’s, and one has to wonder why and what is the common thread? Isolation? Media messaging? Uncertainty? COVID 19?
